Franny is one of the coaches at Emerge CrossFit. She is married with two kids and three dogs. She has been doing CrossFit since 2017 and originally started out with bootcamp classes! Before CrossFit, she was having a challenging time staying consistent with any form of exercise. She began her career as a Teacher the same year she was planning her wedding, so she was also looking for an outlet to help manage her stress. 

“I was looking for a place that would challenge me both physically and mentally, but I had no idea that I would also find an amazing community that would inspire and support me for years to come.” She teaches junior high level English and AVID here in Santa Maria and enjoys time at the beach or camping with her family. Franny has her CrossFit-L1 certification.
